Following response from Dollz Confetti: Thank you for your response. If the product has been made, I would like to receive it please. I can give it to my friend for her birthday in March. I look forward to hearing from you. Hope all your staff fully recover from COVID-19. Prior to receiving a response from the owner: As I have not received a reply to my email or to my message submitted via your website, I’m afraid I can only offer a one star review. I placed and paid for my order on 19th November 2020; a present for a friend. As of today, I have not received the item. I had to panic buy an alternative gift on Christmas Eve. As you don’t offer a telephone number to discuss my options, please advise if and when I can expect my order to arrive or when a full refund will be received. Thank you

The most gorgeous items! So excited to receive my new sign for my salon. When I messaged to ask how long it will be, they assured me it will be here in no time and were so lovely and friendly! Can’t wait to order some giant pampas when they come back into stock! Will definitely be ordering more xxx

I placed several orders throughout the last year with Dollz Confetti, with all of them due to arrive for our 25.04.20 wedding. Unfortunately we had to postpone and Dollz Confetti were so quick and helpful when i emailed them. They even noticed things about different parts of my order that would need changing even though i had not noticed or mentioned the changes. My order arrived last week and everything is exactly as described on their website. I am so pleased with it all. Highly recommended

Excellent service. Happy to refund us when we had to decrease the amount of confetti due to restrictions on guest numbers. Had a problem with delivery due to a change of address, however they were very responsive and arranged a redelivery promptly. Would definitely recommend!

I was very unorganised and only remembered about confetti less than 2 weeks before our Wedding! I emailed before ordering to see if I would be able to get some in time and the customer service was fantastic! It arrived in a matter of days and I'm really pleased with the overall service 😊 I just wish we needed more products from you, our confetti looks amazing x
