The staff here are really helpful and friendly and help in any way they can, especially on naked Thursdays, where they all go into work naked, which I think is a marvellous idea. I wish more company's were like this one.
Admittedly this was 5 years ago but they were very helpful about finding fan belts to fix my boat. No fuss and 1/4 of the price for the same item out of a boatyard.

They can get anything. And if they haven't got it, it's next day. Old school firm with proper customer service.
