We had a wet room fitted. Ross the project manager was excellent and kept us informed through the whole process. The results are spectacular. Thanks Affect Ability.

Ross and his team installed a wet room for the Mother in law. We could not have asked for a better service, all the tradesmen that turned up were courteous and professional. What made the service even better was that we arrange the details remotely as my wife and myself were a couple of hundred miles away in England. The wet room was installed in the Mother in Laws house just outside Llanelli and she had just come out of Hospital following a fall and we were not always there to over see things. We did have a little hickup with the flooring, but Ross resolved that in his calm and efficient way to everyones satisfaction. We would highly recommend Ross and his team at Affect Ability Ltd

Our Bathroom has just been transformed into a fantastic Disabled Bathroom. Ross and the boys were fantastic. Cleaned up after themselves has well not like some builders. Would highly recommend. Thanks Ross Andrea and Mark.

Our bathroom was recently upgraded by Affect Ability and the transformation was all (and more) that we could have wished for. From the outset, we were very impressed by the professionalism and competence demonstrated by Ross and his team. Ross closely supervised all aspects of the work undertaken and ensured that we were kept advised of progress and acted immediately on any requests or minor design adjustments we occasionally made. He constantly took action to ensure that the working areas were kept clean and tidy. I highly recommend Affect Ability and am so glad we engaged their services!
