Gary was great setting up my insurance. But since purchasing my insurance there has been constant great service. I have called to check what else my cover has in it for possible expansions in my business. And most recently just last week Jess added something to my cover after I messaged to check at the weekend was done first thing Monday morning without me having to ask! I have used Risk Kitchen for the last few years and they have been easy to deal with, prompt and there is always a real human being instantly at the end of the phone (one of the most important requirements for me).
