After many tries I have finally found the perfect painter! Darren has been amazing from start to finish. His quote was very precise, his prep before painting is very neat, his attention to detail is perfect. Having him around has been a pleasure, he was coming everyday very early to make sure he can check with us the work done from the day before. I would recommend Darren to anybody, his professionalism is faultless and he will not leave until the customer is totally happy. My next paint job will be with Darren for sure.

Would 100% recommend Darren for whatever you need him for! He went above and beyond what I would have expected. He bends over backwards to help you and isn’t happy until you’re happy. I am a perfectionist and it turns out so is Darren. He stayed late to help me pick out unwanted fluff on my freshly painted front door. After Darren had gone my cat walked in the newly glossed white doorstep and left several black footprints in the paint (totally my fault). Darren came round in the evening, re painted the step and refused to accept any payment for his time. He is truly a workman with old school values. He cares about the standard of his work and his knowledge runs deep. Darren has a long history in the trade and the record of his work is extensive. He only uses the best materials and won’t cut corners for anyone. He loves a good chat, appreciates the value of a well made cup of tea and stock up on biscuits because he won’t say no! So grateful we found Darren. I immediately started thinking of other jobs I wanted done around the house that I can finally entrust to a reliable tradesman. Do not hesitate to hire him.

I was looking for a handyman to repair a large section of my living-room wall where a storage heater had been. When the storage heater was removed it left a large dark patch on the wall. Also the skirting board was marked and the and the laminate flooring and beading was damaged. Darren informed me it was a very difficult job but agreed to give it a go as long as i knew it would not be perfect. I was fine with this. He was very enthusiastic and tried very hard to trouble shoot certain issues that came up. He always kept me informed and went above and beyond to give me advice. For the first part of the job he prepared my wall with a bonding agent and plastered over the damaged area. Then he painted the wall and the skirting board. This as It was hard to find the right colour paint but it turned out very well and I was very pleased with the finished looked. Then he began work on the flooring which was a very difficult job indeed and I am very glad he attempted it. I think it proved a bit of a learning experience for him! He removed the damaged section of the floor and supplied and cut-out a new piece of flooring to go in it's place which he did very neatly. The wood was a very close match and I was more than happy with the result. All in all I was very happy with the work he did and he put a lot of effort into it. He worked very hard to keep things within a tight budget and he got the job done as quickly as possible which I was incredibly pleased about.

Darren just completed some painting and paper wall in our flat, he has done an amazing job and we are super happy with the outcome. Very meticulous, very good service with high level quality. We can also appreciate the great communication and commitment to details and to deliver and job that his customer will be stratified with. We would highly recommend!
