Great little coffee shop. Delicious almond croissants, alternative milk available, friendly service. Lunch looks tasty too!

I’m not one to usually complain. But I was really disappointed with the customer service. I was looking forward to trying out this place, considering it has 4.1 stars. However, we were met with a rude host, who for some reason (and I am not exaggerating) seemed, or at least showed by his demeanour and attitude, that my friend and I were not welcome. I don’t know, he could have been having an off morning (everyone is trying their best- especially these days)... well at least until the next customer walks in, then he was more welcoming.

We’ve been visiting F&E for over 8 years now, since we moved to Shoreditch and although we left Shoreditch, no matter how far we moved, we keep on coming back for a weekend treat when we can. This gem holds its value as Gold. We come for the rich, healthy, good quality ingredients breakfast, but we pack 4-5 cakes to take away, made by the best baker you’ve never heard of (Teresa). There is a reason why F&E has selectively opened new stores in and out of the UK as far as Japan. Love this place and no matter how much I’ve tried to find something like this in other cities or in London, I failed.

Sensational cafe! My friend recommended me to visit Franze & Evans and I was so happy at the whole experience. I came for brunch and the eggs and salmon were very nice and the staff were incredibly friendly which was great to see. This is perfect cafe for anybody in the Shoreditch area looking for a nice brunch or breakfast or even just a quick coffee. The outdoor seating also helps massively during these times and I will be back soon!

The best cafe in Shoreditch by a country mile. I work around the Shoreditch area and have previously tried several different cafe's. Franze & Evans is my personally favrioutie, their Brunch and Breakfast's are delicious. You must try their cakes, they are just something else. Coming in for Lunch today!
