We have used Sharon David to let two properties for many years. All was well until a few years ago when rent was constantly paid to us late despite being handed over by the tenants on time. It cost us hundreds of pounds in bank charges. We were very patient but eventually moved agents. Such a shame as the rest of the staff are great. Unfortunately, Sharon lets her own business down.
No stars would be more correct.
Didn't answer the phone, didn't return my calls, resulting in the house we wanted being sold.

Recently rented a property for just under a year. Staff friendly, informative and very helpful throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend renting through Sharon David Estates.
She's a nightmare, avoid.
