Professional and responsive landlords. Any problems during my 3 years renting from them were resolved within a very quick period. All things explained thoroughly at beginning and end of tenancy. I was a tenant for 2 years.Very impressed with the amicable professionalism shown across that time by the staff,who certainly took safety seriously with regular maintenance,and checks.I have to recommend the company to both tenants and landlords.Having just taken to renting in recent years this was as good as an earlier experience and better than the current,especially with regard to the attention to detail when leaving the premises - and for the benefit of the next tenant. It is a stressful event,particularly if one is handicapped by an arm injury,but the calm,can-do approach shown by Dragon Lettings certainly lessens the load.I'd like to thank the staff and wish them good luck for the future.

I was a tenant with Dragon Residential lettings for almost three years and found them to be absolutely fantastic. The staff are welcoming, helpful and professional at all times, even out of hours. For a first time renter I was relieved to see how seriously Dragon Residential lettings took matters of safety with the regular safety checks that were carried out.
