The customer service in this place is really bad. The second time in a year I have to go there to get my prescription from my GP and the man who assisted me started being rude the moment I said what I needed. He kept on being very rude, asking arrogant questions about who I was and what my address was, ordering me in a very rude tone to sign my prescription. What kind of manners are these? Who are you talking to? Be kinder to those who come into your shop and learn good manners. I will never go back.

So I went here for my first time for years as I normally go to Nightingale Pharmacy on Deptford High street and the customer services here wasn't good. They got judgemental on me asking for Aciclovir cream for my face and seemed like they didn't want to dispense. Also made me describe everything to the other customers even though I was diagnosed by my doctor. I won't be going back here again.

Pharmacists always helpful but the person behind the till is not very nice. When it happened the first time I thought bad day we all have them. But it happened today again. Not happy as have to go there until lockdown done before I can change the chemist. Sort it out. It is your reputations and business.

Bad customer service, staff behave like they have a ship on their shoulders, I I used to go there for my regular prescription then I stopped and then decided to come back because of the proximity to my home but today I realised that staff still the same, very inquisitive and intrusive regarding my prescription, when I have an medical exception certificate and they kept questioning my medical problems in front everyone, never come back there. They rude impolite and very unfriendly. Is this an Asian culture behaviour?

Very disappointed with the attention received. It is not the first time. The staff have not been helpful and have shown a complete lack of professionalism most of the times. The whole environment is cold and depressing. I won't never come back again.
