Seem to be much slower than other pharmacies at getting prescriptions, don't keep track of things, poor communication. Gave me the wrong prescription and wouldn't give emergency pills to tie me over (which every other pharmacy does). Always blame the surgery.

The staff have horrible attitudes, especially when there’s a problem. Interestingly, the problem is never there’s. They ALWAYS blame the surgery while being rude to obviously distressed customers. There are plenty of pharmacies around. Save yourself the grief.

DO NOT USE THIS CHEMIST THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, I PHONED WITH A QUERY AND THE PERSON PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. I CALLE BACK AND WAS LIED TO BY THE SHOP ASSISTANT IT'S SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

They Change women at the tills sometimes but today this one was Unhelpful, makes me feel like I shouldn’t ask for help type of way. Iv seen her a few times and she’s always the same like she can’t be bothered. Does not speak. I went in there with my son for chicken pox and she really couldn’t be bothered I asked her what else could he use and should I get that item as well she ignored me and called out someone else to get there prescription. When my prescription finally came she didn't tell me how to use it for my son and I got home to realise I needed something else for the prescription item I had. There was an old man in a wheelchair and the woman didn’t even open the door for him to leave, I done it. Also this pharmacy never have my full prescription which I get on a regular basis they always give me some of the meds then tell me to come back. I would avoid this pharmacy as much as I can from now on. I went into the other one 2 minutes away and she was very helpful

I finally found some hand sanitizer at this pharmacy and when the lady serving me said that the 50ml bottle cost £6.99, I asked her to put it back. I can’t believe a pharmacy is selling it at that high price!! They should just keep it under the desk and give it to people in need and not try to take advantage. I always get my prescriptions from this pharmacy but I will start going somewhere else from now on. They have lost a customer! Not going back there!
