Have used this pharmacy for over 20 years. Never had a complaint until last year when staff changed to bunch of useless and unprofessional lot. Repeat prescription service fell apart. Suspended service without telling customers. Those shielding left in limbo. Closing down soon and glad to hear it!

Thanks to a really helpful team who were able to help me get a prescription from my parents' GP in midlands even though it went astray! All sorted within half an hour!
Completely unhelpful staff. Instead of making some suggestions just kept passing medicine to me, telling me to 'HAVE A READ' when it's clearly their job to know what medicine is suitable for particular problems. Couldn't answer any of my questions and made it clear that they just want me to leave.
5-10mins, wait, if your order, is not made up:- excellent service, staff nice and friendly always.
