Lloyds pharmacies repeatedly deny women their right to emergency contraception
After multiple phone calls with the doctor, pharmacy has still been stating they haven’t received the electronic prescription. I overheard they have sent other people away as well with the same reason. If your customers say (multiple of them) that the prescription has been sent and you are the one not finding it, TAKE A NOTE and fix your system as obviously you are in the wrong. 111 will escalate a complaint. - very unhappy customer
The staff are super helpful. They ensure that I get my weekly medication.
