Sarah has been amazing! After giving birth during the pandemic, I was keen to access some women's health support for my recovery. Sarah arrived at my home in full protective gear and was incredibly professional as well as supportive and encouraging. I couldn't recommend a session with Sarah more highly.

Her advice and support has been invaluable, and I would highly recommend her, particularly anyone looking to get back to fitness and feeling stronger after having children.

Sarah is brilliant! I've been searching for a fix to my postnatal problems for two years and Sarah is the third women's health physio I've seen. She is by far the best. I feel like she has assessed me as a person rather than a standard health problem she has seen before and I've seen huge improvements as a result. The fact she comes to your house is such a bonus too.

Sarah is brilliant. She's helped put me back together again after countless sporting injuries - knee, shoulder, ankle - as well as helping me navigate pelvic girdle pain during my second pregnancy. She's hugely knowledgeable, a real problem solver, and so far has been able to fix me every time!

I contacted Sarah 8-10 weeks after giving birth and in the middle of the lockdown. Sarah quickly responded and was available to start some core exercises that were much needed after a long labour. Sarah came with all the protective gear to my house and was an excellent women's health physio. I could not recommend her enough. In a couple of months I was back to my usual self thanks to her exercise programme and careful monitoring. She is also very nice to chat too and makes you comfortable throughout the sessions!
