Very knowledgeable, made sure I was happy with everything before he started and gave me the reasons for doing it. Sent pictures with information then called to confirm I was happy and told me everything he noticed that could lead to problems that can be Easily sorted and wasn't pushing me to get him to do it. Would definitely use him for any other problems I have.
