USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!! Firstly, the company informed me 10 minutes before they were due to start at 8am that they would be 10 minutes late. They did not turn up until 9:05 with the excuse that they were travelling from Canterbury (so why they’re called SW Cleaners with the location as London I do not know). When they turned up, a man in casual clothes, no Logo or no name badge came into my house alone. I asked where the rest of the team were and he said ‘in the car’. I asked why as they were already late and he said to call the company if it was a problem (attitude). I asked for evidence as to who he is and again, he said ‘call the company’. I left the house and he followed me out, spitting in the front garden as he did so. He then stayed by his car so I called the company who informed me that the man was ‘too scared’ to go into the house because of my attitude (all I had done is ask a few basic questions and ask why they were so late). They eventually started the clean at 9:30, I left for work. I returned on my lunch break at 1pm to find both people in their car. The man quickly got out and started to show me around the very unfinished clean. He informed me he had about an hour left. They did not finish until 4:20. The level of clean was terrible. The basics such as flooring was still dusty, had crumbs in some places and flick over the staircase. I called to complain and they were very unresponsive, unprofessional and were huffing and puffing. I called and they told me to email, and that no high member of staff deals with phone calls. I have email and I am yet to get a response. I emailed again to ask for a response to which they responded with “the manager works 7am-4pm and she will look into this”. How this is relevant I don’t know as the manager had clearly ignored my email. Any other company has got to be better than this one!

We hired SWCleaners for a deep cleaning service of our Kitchen/Living area and Bathroom. The Oven was cleaned well as was the fridge/toilet but the actual 'deep cleaning' of surfaces/floors/skirting boards were awful. They didn't clean the cooker and left grease marks on the surface (which I was able to clean with Cif), they attempted to dust our black cabinet leaving a semi-circle of a wipe instead of actually reaching into the corners. There were sticky marks left on the floor and when we wiped the wooden floor with a Dettol wipe, it came up black with dirt. It was not washed. We also had issues as there were dents made in the wood due to the cleaner moving the furniture without lifting. I called and emailed the business and was told that I couldn't prove that the cleaner made the dent and; "Furthermore regarding any dust, we would like to advise those areas that were occupied with personal belongings or are under furniture, as to why they were cleaned as much as possible." My cooker did not have any personal belongings nor did the floor. We had the place emptied for the clean. I paid in cash and was not offered any form of refund and was actually told that the person who cleaned our flat was their best. I would NOT reccommend. Absolutely terrible customer service. We had to completely re-do the clean ourselves and lost out on over £100.

I got my windows cleaned by this company and I was very satisfied with the final outcome. Would highly recommend.

SW Cleaners have had been doing a great job helping me deep cleaning my two-bed flat. The five stars reviews are well deserved and price was fair too. I would kept calling them for regular cleaning service. Thanks to specially to Maria and George that I would recommend they are excellent cleaners.

SW cleaners team were amazing. They came to deep clean our carpets on short notice, before our landlord came for a check out. Everything was easy to schedule, and beautifully clean. Thank you so much!
