Pros: Fantastic result, very convenient service
Cons: they seem to be very busy, it's sometimes difficult to get through
In summary, I hope they will get a bit quicker replying, but my overall experience with them was excellent, they were extremely helpful, and my rugs look like new.
It is one of the best rug cleaning companies in London. I am happy to work with them. They do a great job!

as per the previous review - the owner isn't replying about my damanged rug which has shrunk whilst being cleaned. Beware !
