Unfortunately, this dry cleaner is not able to press trousers correctly. They do exactly the same as every other dry cleaner and press trousers with a steam press that leaves marks on the outside and inside leg. The seam allowances shows through and the trousers are steamed too uch and become shiny. It ruins the appearance of smart trousers, particularly wool or silk. Fabrics should be treated individually not all the same. I'm not able to upload photos which is a shame. Where the leg seam and hem meet, I have a lovely cross in the trousers. Very badly done.

Ruined my designer jacket. Thread was sticking out and went out of shape where it had been hung up wet. They refused to accept ANY responsibility blaming the retailer (sorry but I hardly think a high end item would wash up so badly!). Having looked at the reviews on google under their previous name I can see I’m not the only customer to have had such an experience. They’ve also shrunk a duvet I took in for dry cleaning and still had stains on a coat after it was “cleaned”. Too many chances so will not be using them anymore.

Professional, friendly, affordable and reliable dry cleaner. Had my entire suit cleaned in less than three hours after a different local dry cleaner disappointed. Would recommend.
