Is this a laundry service or what? I brought 5 coats to clean and 1 skirt to iron, and they gave me back 1 item still dirty and 2 totally not ironed. One of those was the skirt that they were supposed to iron.
Worst laundry ever used in my entire life.
I have been using Dudley Dry Cleaners for more than 6 years. They are really nice people. They are reliable and very helpful. The owner is an extremely kind person, – sometimes we need urgent service, he would do it right away so that we can collect the dry cleanings next day and without any extra charge. Recently they cleaned our heavy silk curtains; they turned out beautifully clean, and the owner even delivered them for free because the curtains are really heavy. It's a really a nice and friendly shop, strongly recommend to those living nearby.
I can't yet describe how well the dry cleaning is done as I'm not able to collect my husband's suit because they are unexpectedly closed at 1.45pm on a Wednesday even though their hours clearly state, "open until 2.30pm on Wednesday" . I dropped the suit in on Monday as my husband needed it for a job interview on Thursday, and I was told it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday. Not happy and will not be returning
