Absolutely disgusting service I received today from the Bridgend branch. From the moment I walked in the faces on the staff were enough. Like they didnt want to be there. The attitudes were like nothing I've experienced before. The blond lady told me that I was to help her to lift the tiles in to my car 😮. I said due to covid I would be in too close contact plus my back i couldnt do it. I said at the crosshands branch they did it for me. Her reply" well if you went to b+ q you,d have to do it " She went to get help . The other man came to help but his attitude was even worse, in an aggressive maner He told me to remove my items from the boot ( a tennis racket and football) I asked him to move away from the boot(social distancing) but he aggressively passed me the football and tennis racquet and told me to put it on the front seat. There were no manual handling or social distancing rules taken in to CONSIDERATION at all , let alone Customer service! The weight of one pack of tiles was over 30kg!!! Which is way over the recommended weight to be lifted off floor level . I ordered 9 packs in total . The staff at this store seriously need training in manual handling , covid guidelines and customer service. I would have given zero stars but I had to put in 1 star to be able to write this review. It's an absolute shame as the service of the other half of my order which I received at crosshands deserves 10 stars . The staff at Bridgend really need to learn off their colleagues at the crosshands store on how to deal with customers. Sam at the crosshands store went above and beyond helping me. Giving me advice, ideas from start to finish on completing my order. Really helpful and his other two colleagues all of them put all the stock in the car no problem. What a difference in two stores!

Excellent service today from Tile and Bath Co. Polite and accomodating. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. Class act 👌

Fantastic customer service & reasonably priced. Very good at helping customers who need advice on what is needed for a complete bathroom refurbishment. Highly recommend & I will be returning in the future! Thank you to the staff at the Llanelli store!
