Budget Carpets and Premier Beds Llanelli

"Budget Carpets" and Premier Beds. Visited this store approx 2 months ago, for a good quality "budget" carpet.spoke with salesperson ,always a few of them to get you to engage with a conversation with you. told the personn,that I have a low income but need something hard wearing in as the store name suggests a"budget Carpet" . so was showed some remnants.which I then went on to purchase and required fitting. which was advised a customer usually takes a payment on arrival.but I wanted to pay the same day for both carpet and fitting. so I was asked how I was paying I stated card,they then added a card charge,even though I believe your not aloud to do this anymore, but obviously they have found a loop hole. a week later I believe it was that carper was fitted. the fitters.were fantastic. and cleaned up after themselves.the carpet was great at this.point. few weeks later and the carpet is already showing areas of grubbyness,and wear and tare.yes its "budget" but they class this a "cheap" that will not last long carpet. I emailed the store,and after them messing me around for a week,I then get a response of, from your photos there is nothing wrong with the carpet, it's settling cos of the type of carpet it's.(open and shut case) for them. so I stated I still wasn't happy and tbh the woman couldn't care less and put the phone down. If you want CHEAP CHEAP carpets that won't last then this is the place for you.dont waste your money folls, especially the ones on low income.. I realise that saying now... buy cheap, Buy twice I'm still not happy but basically they not.gonna do fook all about it. so I'm going to have to find the money to go to another local company now, to have this one replaced as it playing on my nerves the fact that it looks grubby.

Just had my new carpets laid, they look stunning, the carpet fitters Russel and Brandon was excellent, very friendly & polite, they done a fantastic job. When in shop last week choosing our carpets the staff were brillent, advised us well, even got my 14 years old daughter to make her discion with 5 minutes, Craig was fantastic with her, very polite and professional, and very easy to get on with, I would also like to say that as a single mam, starring fresh, I was advised and bought excellent quilaty carpets for a very good price, very affordable for single mother, so thank You to the staff, I will see you soon to pick out my stairs and living room floors xx

Great store quick delivery on a great bed

Reasonable prices, helpful but not pushy. Ordered new King size bed. Will update after delivery.

Carpets range from budget but decent quality to expensive advice is always available if they don't have what you require they will get it if possible can't fault that
