This is my favourite Starbucks store to visit. The staff are very friendly and drinks are always made quickly and without error. They're very accommodating towards people who bring along their laptops to work, like myself, which is refreshing.
Staff are a abomination to retail customer service. Apart from there appalling personal hygiene it’s there absolutely disgusting behaviour. They either talk down to you, talk over you or just plainly ignore you. Question this and they become really passive aggressive.
This store needs an overhaul. It’s filthy, dark even aggressive. But that’s nothing compared to the staff who work there.
Little break whilst visiting the market. I've been many times and always made welcome with my 2 dogs. Hot choc perfect as usual
Extremely slow service although plenty of staff working. I have waited for more than 5 minutes for a simple coffee having only one person in front of me. The members of staff were making sure that every customer was keeping the 2 meter distance and asking everyone if they were having their order in or takeaway but only after they've served the customer. During my time here I felt I was in a hospital not in a coffee shop. Will not be returning ever again
Had coffee and a cinnamon bun no complaints.its great that they welcome dogs
