It is really worth paying a little bit more to get this great trustworthy service. I have used the company for years and they go the extra mile to make sure your roof is fixed properly, they come when they say they will, they get specialists in, they forsee problems and deal with them, and they communicate everything well. Happy to recommend them.

Very good customer service. Julia was amazing and coordinated the job in order to meet my very tight timescale, due too other work being done on our property. Pros: Work was organised well, they came and went when they said. Darren did the felting, he was very experienced and appears to have done a very good neat job. Simon was also very good. Remember no matter how much you pay, the work is only as good at the people doing the work.
Chris Ball & Son have done my flat roof twice, and I have been very pleased with their work. I have now had the balcony roof done in October 2019, with the same professionalism, diligence and attention to detail.
