Very unhelpful and unorganised I went in to the money shop in Barkingside and simply wanted to cause a cheque which I had received from slater Gordon solicitors but they wasted 25 minutes and then old me they need to see the accompanying letter which I had previously told them I did not have it with me, how ever I did have emails indicating that the cheque had been sent out and the amount but this was not good enough the staff member that delt with me did not seem competent or confident I what she was doing and was not explaining things clearly to both myself and her management. Not a good experience at all.
