Outstanding veterinary services provided by Dr Syd Azimi, Ms Klare Peacock and the rest of the team at Wimbledon Vets4Pets. At every veterinary interaction and appointment experienced, I have been impressed by the care, kindness, dedication and competence delivered by the team. I trust them wholly with the care of my Bengal cat, Naiades. Regardless of the challenges she has faced since being a kitten, the team has been there for her every step of the way. I cannot thank them enough, and wish them wholeheartedly the best for the future.

Nothing but problems. When you call they don't call you back when they say they will and you have to keep calling. Arranged to collect medication and they didn't have it when we arrived. They booked our dog in for the spade when she was still on heat and was only 2 weeks after the bleeding had stopped. The receptionist said it was fine to book her in 2 weeks after the bleeding stops. When we took her in, they had put her to sleep, shaved her and then the vet called to check if she was still on heat and was told it should be 12 weeks after the bleeding stops. Not 2 weeks. This would have been very dangerous. Our dog had pyometra, an infected womb and we were given antibiotics. Ideally she needed to be spade but was too young. The pyometra came back on Saturday, called the vets and they only had space on Tuesday. I said it would be more urgent than that and was told she would get the vet to call me back. They didn't. We had to go to the emergency vets and they operated straight away. They said it was very dangerous and should have already had the spade as soon as possible. This is not what vets4pets thought and had we left it until Tuesday our dog could have died. Apparently our dog is over weight, this has also never been said and she also has a skin condition. This was never picked up by the vets4pets either. I will never go there again.

I'd love to meet the vet for Bell. Everytime my visit my pet seems to look stable and safe. Thanks all

Dr Syd saw us at short notice and his team, including nurse Claire were excellent.

Best vets we've been too and reasonably priced. Popular surgery so appointment availability isn't great (NB: for vaccinations, unsure about others)
