I called up in the morning to ask whether they did same day dry cleaning service, which the gentleman politely said that he did - at no extra cost. So, I took my jacket there in the morning straight away and by 16:30 it was done to a super high standard for £7! Absolutely brilliant service! I can’t fault it at all! Highly recommended and I will be taking the rest of my dry cleaning there from now on! Thank you!

They lost my new (and very expensive) jumpsuit, they insisted that someone else had picked it up for me , then after numerous trips in to see if they had found it they offered me compensation only then they managed to find it and made me pay £6 ! Only wish I had refused to pay now! Shockingly bad service
Man at the till is very rude and when i queried prices, he made personal remarks when i said they were expensive. Someone should tell him what is Good Customer Service !!!!
