“I have no hesitation in recommending Charles Francis Building Solutions. Luke Charles, the company owner was very professional in is approach from start to finish. He did the entire insurance claim for the water damage to my bathroom and provided a great team of builders who were polite and respectful to my privacy whilst I was at home. I was kept fully up-to-date with progress and Luke was always available to discuss any queries I had. I have been very pleased with the quality of workmanship the end product is absolutely stunning a brilliant looking bathroom. The team has gone over and above my expectations to provide me with a quality well executed bathroom. “Will use them for future work and recommend to anyone.” Thank you guys

I highly recommend Charles Francis Building Solution for excellent work done in my bath room ceiling due to water damage from the above flat. The whole ceiling is well plastered and painted. The wall was painted as a good will. I met Luke when he came to do the quote, Luke was very friendly and respectful. The work man was professional and neat. Whoever will hire Charles Francis Building Solution will have value for money results.

Luke and his team were very professional, skilled and reliable. We contacted Charles Francis because a part of our bathroom ceiling had to come down due to a new boiler installation and pipe replacement. Luke was very helpful and came up with a good solution. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Luke and his team. My property experienced extensive water damage over two floors, which was dealt with quickly, professionally, and the finish was exceptional. Luke handled everything with the insurance company which made everything run smoothly and also meant that there was no stress on our side (which is saying something in such a stressful situation). I couldn't recommend Charles Francis Building Solutions more highly.

Very pleased with the work done by Charles Francis Building Solutions. We had a water damage to our bathroom ceiling. This was repaired by Luke and his team in a very professional manner. They were reliable, thorough, helpful and always polite.
