Generous and helpful. I took in a disabled friend to have two of her rings made smaller. They could not have been more helpful... as I had promised her. They gave her a chair, they opened the door. They mended her rings in record time... the rings were perfect afterwards. They give a professional service and very fair prices. I would always reckoned Nichols for anyone wanting anything in the the way of jewellery where one feels like a treasured customer.

Nichols, or more accurately, Lawrence, Paul and Tom, have fabricated 2 items of jewellery for us over the last 2 years, firstly an oldish ring which they dismantled and then redesigned forming a contemporary look and more recently an engraved silver bangle completely made to order. Both items have been painstakingly put together and nothing was too much trouble, I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.
