Avoid Stanley Dry Cleaners & Laundry Services! I have had my shirt cleaned at other dry cleaners numerous times, and a good job has been done on each occasion. However, I have used Stanley Dry Cleaners & Laundry Services for the first and last time. They have ruined my tailor-made shirt worth £120 by over bleaching the collar, which is clearly visible, and were dismissive as well as aggressive when I tried to resolve it. Initially they said "they couldn't see anything". Forcing me to get two second opinions from other dry cleaners who confirmed that the collar had been over bleached. When raising this with them a second time, they were even more dismissive and aggressive stating it was "wear and tear" and they "hadn't bleached the collar", and "would need it in writing from the other dry cleaners". Despite returning again with a confirmation in writing they again refused to accept responsibility. Their poor quality of service/professionalism has led me to seek legal action.
