Went to shop at 12.30pm to pick up cleaning and message on door saying 'back in an hour'. Went back at 1.30pm and shop still closed. Went back again at 2.45pm still closed. Rang shop on Landline.....no reply and unable to leave a message. Garments required for Christmas Eve party. The message on door is useless as it does not state when the shop was left. Very poor management and organisation and totally wasted mine and other peoples time. Won't use this lot again.

Haven't used them, but tried to get info on their prices from their website - no prices given. E-mailed them to ask for prices using the e-mail address given on their website and the e-mail was returned to me as the e-mail address they gave doesn't exist! Not a good start, doesn't instill confidence in the company!
