The alterations and cleaning that I’ve had done by this local cleaners over the years have been of consistent high quality. Cannot fault them on their work. Only one caveat: There seems to be a tendency to be closed in stated business hours so allow plenty of time or more than one trip to collect time-specific items.

Horrible customer service. Left a jacket to wash on a Saturday to pick up the next Saturday as I was going on a trip to Scotland (I work during the week so could only pick it up on Saturdays) and got there it was closed for a family wedding. I had to borrow a jacket to go on my trip. They didn’t give any notice about closing when I left the jacket there, which was a week before only. When you go to a wedding you know you’re going so let the customers know about it. Went to collect after my trip and the guy was super rude and didn’t give me my money back. They definitely lost a customer. Never going back. Don’t recommend it.
