Bespoke laundry service, professional, polite and friendly staff. Excellent alterations and garments repair service too. I had the cord stopper and string loop on the collar of my winter jacket replaced with a brand new and the torn elastic hanging hook repaired and they've done a spotless job. You can't trace the rethreading lines at all! Their duvet cleaning service is outstanding too. You get your duvet freshly cleaned in a fully sealed storage and carry bag, which you can store for months until reuse. I would certainly recommend them without any hesitation.

Very disappointed from the service provided by the owner. Rude attitude, unprofessional, cheating customer by charges high amount without agreeing price , refusing to release the goods, never going back and never recommend them to anyone
