Lucy White Dry Cleaners

I dropped my new jacket for cleaning (had some stubborn stain that I couldn’t remove myself) and the stain was not only not removed but the jacket was full of some kind of white residue. I came back and the gentleman kindly took it back and promised that it will be done correctly this time. Came back again, the original stain was removed but the residue was still there (white long stains all over the jacket). I guess no one do quality checks before returning the items to customers. Then I waited another 4-5 weeks (some of the waiting time due to coronavirus I understand but the cleaner was opened every day)and finally I have got my jacket. Then all the metal elements were damaged - paint rubbed down to bare metal. The jacket cost £500 so if you have a piece of clothing that is expensive and you need it to be treated with extra care I wouldn’t recommend to use their services. Edit to reply to the owner: Very convenient denying me as a client to undermine my feedback after 6 months of posting this feedback (a new year resolution to tackle all complaints ?) however I wasn’t given the receipt. I received a little slip which I gave away when collected the jacket. Your bookkeeping system is based on the book where your employee enters details by hand. I am not sure if he even asked my name but only the phone number perhaps you should ask him about the situation as I was in your store about 5 times until the jacket was finally sorted and every time I got different excuse. If this is out of order it should be easy remembered.

I recently got my wedding dress dry cleaned from Lucy white dry cleaners. The dress has been delivered in great condition and was cleaned well. The pick up and delivery service is very well organised and it was very easy to contact the dry cleaners to ask any questions that I had beforehand. I recommend Lucy white dry cleaners and I will be using their services again.

Used for the first time in the last week - 4 items, all returned in impeccable order and at a competitive price. I went to this dry cleaner based on other Google reviews (despite having at least 2 nearer to me) and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future.
