This is a self-coined laundry place. It runs every Monday through Sunday for 7pm to 9pm. It also went into operation on January 1. Everything was convenient to use here. However, because there is no coin changer, you must prepare coins and buy laundry detergent from vending machine, but you must prepare 70pence coins. If 70pce is not ready for coins, it cannot be used. You can't use a pound coin even if you have one. In addition, if you are going to use this Laundromat for the first time, you should read the instructions carefully. You should not concern about putting coins in a payment machine to use the washing machine. After you put the coin in, it will work automatically in 15 seconds. So before you insert the coin, first decide how to use it and then at the end, insert the coin. You can use this place well enough if you read the instructions first.

I am most unfortunately a regular of this laundromat. I can confirm that the owners are rude. The woman won’t leave you alone when you are doing your laundry. She is also very aggressive, loud and a bit of a personal space invader. The man usually ignores you and I prefer when he is there to be honest. I can actually just get on with it. I have lost money in the first dryer before and basically gave up on trying to get it back because the owners are difficult.. Same story as an earlier comment where halfway through I noticed that the dryer wasn’t heating up. Also you should know that the dryers are SUPER HOT. The place looks like a kids “school project” with some knobs in the dryers being made of tin foil or lip balm container lids. It’s also fairly disgusting and doesn’t look like the floor has been washed in ages. So don’t drop your knickers ladies.

This place is a total rip off and Kingston council need to do something about them.Avoid this place I went to wash and the machines are set so the don't spin out your clothes so you end up spending loads of money. When you complain the large man is rude and obnoxious telling me I overload the machine when I clearing hadn't he then flip a switch in the back and spun the clothes after I threatened to call the police because this was clearly theft. You easily spend a £10 to dry your clothes.Its a con and a rip off. Avoid like the plague. No ratings

Not the best, not the worst. If you’re afraid of the owners mentioned in the reviews, go on Sunday when they aren’t in.

I was trying to understand how to put money for the washing and suddenly the owner came out and rudely shouted at me and told me off because I wasn’t doing it right. Horrible place, never come here the owner is extremely arrogant and rude!
