Worst customer service ever! I have waited a long time before getting help and there was nobody else inside, all the employee were there working by themselves without caring about me that needed some help. Once I have talked to the pharmacist, he didn’t even know what I was talking about (Kidney Stones) and he didn’t know how to help the pain.

Changed my prescription because they thought they knew better, had to go back to my GP for a new original script, then this 'pharmacy' gave me extremely short dated medication with some parts of it older than the rest (in a marked box of 5 units, unsealed and obviously tampered with). Never again.

This is the best pharmacy in Merton, From the pharmacist and his wife to all the female staff who are front of house. Friendly, caring and efficient - exactly how a Pharmarcy should run. Over the years I have seen first hand how the service runs a thank you all and keep up the good work!!

I went in to buy children’s paracetamol and adults on the 18th of March 2020 they were profiting more than 5 times than before , children’s paracetamol that day they sold it to me for £9 and adults £4 can you believe it I was shocked when I was told £26 this should not be allowed at all . When I finished I left the shop and then returned back in as he did not give me receipt I asked could I have a receipt he told the actual pharmacist this is what the customer wants he said something quietly he did not want to give receipt and then he gave two receipts for the adults paracetamol which was two diff receipt of £4 each and I asked if I could have a receipt for the kids paracetamol too he said he can’t print it I still have it on my bank account . It is shocking pharmacist are part of the NHS too in a way they are there to serve medicine to to profit 5 or 10 times than usual especially what we are going through in this pandemic they should work with community not profit from them so much . I am shocked this should not be allowed .
