Overwhelmed. They have been great up until now anyway (two quite expensive back surgeries paid without question) but we lost one of our pups recently. Their comms have been kind and lovely, and then they refunded whatever we overpaid so far. Didn't cross my mind to ask - not really top of your mind when you lose a pet; they just processed it. Why don't all insurance companies work this well?

A bit expensive. However. Great service. Very quick to pay out on claims. Very easy claim process. You get what you pay for, excellent service.

Vetsure have insured both our dogs and the service has been perfect. They have handled every claim with efficiency. If you ring them they all seem to understand how much our pets mean to us and handle claims with the minimum of fuss. So glad we found them and I recommend them fully.

Vetsure are amazing! We recently got our dog in to UK from Romania, and we delayed setting up insurance until about 6 months later and we did it only because my friend insisted. Well we made the best decision as only 1 month later our dog had ACL injury on left knee and the second one followed so shortly that we had to do double TPLO surgery. So about 2 months after we set up the insurance we were facing huge vet bills and would not have done the surgery and saved our dogs life if it wasn’t for Vetsure and all their support in getting the preauthorization for surgery as soon as possible based of course on the medical history from Romania. I was expecting to have problems and delays with the fact that the vet would send the history in Romanian, but we where so impressed on how fast everything got sorted for us so we could do the much needed surgery asap. You have saved my baby’s life and for that I will be forever grateful! Truly animal loving souls! We are now 3 weeks after the surgery and my beautiful husky is recovering so well❤ Thank you for all your help is such stressful times!

I have used this service twice and both times had a great service both with it being as hassle free as can be their turn around for payment is within the week which is a great help and some vets will deal with a direct payment which is even better
