They fixed my friends dog.
They have been so close and caring towards us and our cat as he was theirs. Very responsive, very understanding, very well organised, very clear on explaining the happening . . we had the best care possible for our little furry mate who is now very well and kicking again! We could not be more grateful!!
So good. We have taken both of dogs on different occasions during the last year. And although it's been different with covid they have remained professional. Collecting the dog from the car and calling with finding promptly.
Faultless care given by the medical staff here, absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend them.
My only criticism is that the accounts team are instantly on your back, I literally had just gotten home after being up all night and they were already telephoning me for a deposit for the care. I completely understand the need for funds to be paid swiftly, but some consideration and compassion are vital too.
The staff were very friendly, provided regular updates, did a great job caring for our dog and giving him affection during his 11 day isolation stint. He can back with a very clean looking wound and great stitch job and is healing up fully now
