We wanted a new fire in time for Christmas and with everything that's going on right now we thought it wouldn't be possible. Not only did they order in the fire we wanted but also fitted it 4 days before Christmas. The guys who fitted it were very friendly and helpful. 5 stars all round.

I called there today with a pocket full of cash to buy a new stove. I have a hidden disability and am exempt from wearing a mask, I stuck my head in and asked if I could come in and explained aboiut the mask exemption, the man working there asked what my disability was that made me exempt, although I have a doctors letter that I carry with me at all times it is Illegal to ask to see it as its sharing information that I would rather remain personal. Unfortunately I left with my cash still in my pocket and will go to the stove shop in Bagor instead who didnt ask what my disability was and didnt want to see my doctors note... So Y Lle Tan just missed out on a no fuss £1000 sale. Ihad to put one star to post otherwise I'd give the place 0 stars

terrible service and poor installation of my stove . avoid at all costs !
