Fantastic! I have always shopped at lees. Fantastic professional service, lovely and friendly...best prices ever! And covid safe!!!
Need some serious customer service training. Alarm bells should have rung when the guy who came to measure looked me up and down at said "I suppose you want cheap and nasty". Went from bad to worse and the whole experience was traumatic from start to finish. Only gave a 2 as I quite like the apparent "middle range (not given any other choices)" carpet. I will never use them again.
So much choice and staff do helpful...they definitely know their stuff
Been using them for many years. Always excellent value for money. Would highly recommend
