I hired Griffon construction to create my L-shaped dormer loft conversion and couldn't be happier with the results. The work was done to a very high standard and clearly no corners were cut. This work was done during the pandemic and the fact that is was finished on time was remarkable. This was particularly important because I've done projects with other builders and they have not kept to schedule. Being a family home, not finishing to agreed time can be frustrating. What impressed me most was how passionate Darius and his team were. They strive for perfection. On the very last day he went around picking up on the smallest of things, things that I didn't even notice. So a big thank you to Darius and his team. The loft looks beautiful. I look forward to working with you again in future.

Griffon Construction are an excellent and reliable contractor capable of taking on the most exacting of tasks. I have used them on a few projects for different types and scales of work. From cosmetic refurbishment to new bathrooms and kitchens. Full bespoke extensions to quick system loft conversions. From bespoke joinery to home offices and outbuildings. They are adaptable and willing to get the job done to a high quality, in time and within budget. In particular, the boss Darius has a real eye for quality and standards of workmanship. Very impressed with his attitude to carry out the work to the highest standard possible, and expecting his team to follow suit. Would use on every project now going forward as I can trust Darius' judgement and let me get on with it, knowing he will do the best job at the agreed price. Griffon Construction transformed my 2 bed rundown shack into a house good enough for Homes Under the Hammer. Removing chimney breasts, altering internal wall layouts, new staircase, bespoke bathroom & kitchen, better gas & electric meter placements. I had a long list of requirements and Darius & team did it all (and more). I’m convinced they can handle anything in construction. They work efficiently with a noticeable high level of quality. Everyone is friendly and happy to answer questions. The team’s core stayed consistent, so you get to know the staff working on your project - this is vital (special thanks to Stas and Mikola also). Construction is never straightforward; but Darius is highly skilled at providing helpful advice throughout the process, often providing multiple options at different budgets levels, rather than forcing the direction that benefits him. They truly work for the client’s needs rather than their own bank balance. If you need a polite professional company that will clearly, and accurately, explain all the work that needs to be done, frequently keeps you well informed on its progress, and works to a high standard at a fair price, I’d happily recommend Griffon Construction.

Darius and everyone at Griffon were a relevation compared to other construction companies I have dealt with. We hired them for a large remodel involving structural changes and refurbishment of our home. The team were very professional, had a great attention to detail and their end product was top quality. Communication and attentiveness were top notch with face time and constant two way communication. Also given the issues we faced due to the pandemic, Griffon still managed to keep things moving and were very accommodating of the situation which we were very appreciative of. They have left us a home we are extremely happy with and they deserve every bit of praise for the work they completed. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a reputable construction company.

Griffon Construction have just completed the works for an extensive internal reconfiguration/ refurbishment of a residential dwelling in Essex, for which we were the architects. This has been the second project we have worked on with Griffon as contractor and as before, their work was done to a very high standard, with exceptional attention to detail and an overall very proactive, fair and helpful approach. Griffon completed the project both on budget and where variations or additional costs were required, Griffon dealt with these in a fair and transparent manner. Their tendering information was clear and succinct and remained accurate throughout the construction. Their helpfulness and professionalism was also appreciated by our client, who recognised the efforts and achievements they made to keep the project on track during the pandemic.
