Excellent service from Anglesey injury clinic! Jen was able to fit me in straight away. The video call consultation was excellent with prompt diagnosis and guidance on exercises. In the follow up consultation Jen provided step by step demonstrations whilst I was doing the exercises. If anyone has doubts about remote/video call consultations, please set them aside and give it a go! Highly recommended!

I have visited many physios over the years but while working in North Wales was lucky enough to find Jen. Without doubt the most knowledgeable and professional physio I have seen. Jen takes time to question and pinpoint the niggles to treat the cause which in turn treats the problem. Since returning to South Wales and working from home without good ergonomics I had struggled with shoulder pain, through Jens online sessions (without physically seeing me) she has again put me right in just 4 30 minute sessions. I would without doubt highly recommend Jen to anyone.

I cannot praise this practice enough. I recommend it very highly. Steffi sorted out my long standing back problems, I had been to the NHS pain clinic etc, and they were not able to get me out of pain, but Steffi did!!!!!!!!!!! say no more.
