Me and my family use this pharmacy nearly 5 years and now last few months ago I changed my pharmacy because of there recipient behaviour I ask her to how we much need to wait for medicine for my husband because she was busy to packing of other medicine for those people who was not there so I ask her about medicine she feel like why I disturb her to ask medicine she said did you call for medicine I said yes when she brings medicine she said you don’t ask on the phone that medicine ready,then I told her maybe I misunderstand her then she behave really rude and put medicine on the counter before I finish my apology.i will go head to change my whole family pharmacy from this pharmacy because of her behaviour.otherwise Pharmecy other peoples are very nice 👍. Thank you so much.but very disappointed with that lady behaviour.

Absolutely horrendous the chubby girl the Somalian looking one absolutely rude and abnoxious. So abrubt. How do people employ individuals like that. Firstly I went in not knowing there was 2 people already in the chemist but was instead told to wait which was no problem but the girl was so arrogantly rude about it. Anyway I went in to get a paracetamol and vitamin drop for my 14month old daughter. Was told no we don't do that here you have to go to boots so of I go to boots. Stop wasting the whole day for your medication people get it from boots. Bye have a good day.
Hardly any space to stand inside poorly located place to run a pharmacy. Rude staff, long waiting times one to avoid.
Terrible, I gave my prescripation and was waiting to collect medicine for my child, I was there for 14 minutes, the team were so busy asking each other about lunch and what to eat, they forgot there were 2 customers within the premissies. They were busy looking at the menu and couldn’t decide what to eat, lunch is important so are the customers, hope they enjoyed their lunch,
