I called to request replacement for my skylight window that recently cracked. I was able to receive excellent advice that allowed me to go directly to the manufacturer to get it replaced for free. I contacted various other places and no one had given me this advice so I really appreciate it and can tell they look after their customers.

Neil was professional and easy to deal with. Pricing was transparent and work completed to a very high standard. Will be getting him to do a couple of other installations shortly. Highly recommend.

Neil was very helpful and did a great job of replacing our Velux blind. He also managed to fix the electronic opening feature on our window which we didn’t even realise existed! We would recommend.
