Where do I start with how good the whole experience really is?
When you enter the room it is like leaving the mad busy outside world and entering into a truly calm space. The music is perfectly suited creating a real feel of calm. The lighting is relaxing. A real feel of ease is upon you.
You are greeted by Jackie who has a demeanor about her that puts you in a calm place in your mind. It's chill city all the way!
Jackie makes sure that all the health bases are covered before making sure that you are perfectly comfortable which considering the ambience of the room and the way Jackie is towards you isn't very long.
The treatment itself which was the reflexology (something I seriously recommend) was incredible...not only did I forget the outside world but I felt the effects of the treatment on my body and mind.
Jackie,s post therapy review was very accurate as far as I was concerned so she knows exactly what she is doing so it was no surprise that I booked another session.
After the session I felt great all day!
Jackie is a natural healer. Not only is her touch healing but her presence is enough to calm the most uneasy of minds.
If you are thinking of holistic treatments or just want to pamper yourself, I am convinced that there is no better place than CTHT.
If you are not calm after being there...you may need an exorcist!!
Had an amazing full body massage from Jackie, excellent understanding of my requirements, fabulous adaptable pressure, lovely calm environment, will be back!
