Do not take anything of value here. I took in my Longines Swiss watch that cost over £1,200, which I bought in Geneva towards the end of last year. It was in excellent condition. I was away in Spain for work for 2 months. Came back, paid off the loan, only to find my watch was not working. Date and time were wrong. When I complained the manager said it must be the battery. I said it was impossible as it was less than a year old. They broke it. Now, the watch will not keep to time and stops. The winder seems to have been broken I think and doesn't stay locked in, which probably means it is no longer water resistant. I have to take it in for repair now to Longines. So, not only did I pay interest for a £200 loan, I now have to pay for a repair assuming it is repairable. So, whatever you do, do not use this company. God knows what they do with your property when you hand it over to them.

I had an awful experience. I went there to buy as ring as there was a Sale. I was surprised to see that the guy at the store was rude and denied to Show me the item on display. He was not apologetic and said to me he can not show me as the Retail is closed today. It was just before 2PM and I am definite the shop is open until at least 5PM. I asked him what's the matter and why is he unable to show me the ring and he said everybody is complaining about the same. He was not even slightly apologetic. I wonder if he was disinterested in going his job or racist. Oh ya! To begin with he was over the phone for a while.

The worse store to leave your item for buyback. I have been an H&T customer for while now at different stores but for past two occasions I been to this store my experience has been the worse ever, the staff member name Tony is very rude, cold to customers and always underprice your item. Tony you really need to be more polite and nice to your customer. Terrible customer service! PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE PEOPLE THIS IS MY ADVICE TO YOU!
