The Manager went over and above to accommodate me and my requirement to amend the length of my chain. The job was done quickly and professionally in a matter of minutes to a very high standard and the price was very reasonable too ( £20). The original size was not right so when I went to have the size altered the Manager not only got the job done in super speedy time, she also refunded me my £20 for the inconvenience it had caused me, which was very generous indeed. Top customer service, top service delivery and I would not hesitate for one minute to use them again and recommend them to my friends. Thank you for the Manager and Jeweller for doing an excellent job, they really proved they care about their customers.

One of the best jewellery shops in town!! I love the Akdeniz jewels so much, I find them unique and I like their Middle Eastern style!! I highly recommend making purchases from this lovely shop!! Staff members are nice people too. Best regards. Luana.
