It’s a good location for Bushy park, Hampton court and the river. The app is fine, I had no issue installing it at the car park and no issue paying but I have used it before and it remembered my details. They use the “PayByPhone Parking” app which is used by many other places. Location number is 89312 which you can use to check the price. I think it’s not cheap but fairly reasonable.

The parking owner spares no thought for visitors! To pay for parking there are old school pay machines that accept only coins! Ridiculous, who carries it nowadays?! Ok, you have an option to pay with the app... Do you think they use one of the common couple apps? No, they decided to invent the wheel and introduce another payment provider. OK, I've seen enough of those silly owners (or better say corrupted?), let's stay calm and install yet another app (enter registration number, personal details, card details etc). Loading... loading... loading... There is one bar of phone signal at this parking!!! This is when you become really angry! After a few errors I have finally managed to download it, trying to catch signal with every possible way. But even then it is not over yet - app is very slow and you have to re-type data several times to register. And in the end... it shows you payment error! Luckily, it was just for a few second and payment was eventually accepted. The only benefit of this parking is being relatively close to the Palace and not as full as others. But I will not come again.
