Immaculately clean place. Lots of floors to park on. Plenty of lifts and stairs. Access to M and s directly from car park. Also access to Eden walk shopping centre. Average prices. Discounts with Q park. Public toilets over at management centre on the level for exit and entry barriers. Well maintained. Plenty of disabled bays and parent and child spaces.
As an employee that works in Kingston I found out that as a "Keep it in Kingston" card holder I was able to obtain a discounted parking card. I spoke to John on the phone who was really helpful, shortly after the call I met John at his office and he was very approachable and nice to speak with. He talked me through the process of using the card I obtained. Excellent service thanks John :)
The location is very convenience.
Excellent service at this car park. I lost my pass and it was replaced immediately. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
It's a much better level than a lot of car parks.With elderly parents it all help .
