Handed in 4 pairs of trousers (jeans and one cotton pair) for repair of the inside leg as they had worn away. They did me a deal on multiple pairs which was really good. Got them back a few days later looking like new and the inside legs repaired. They were ironed as well. Very pleased with results. Highly recommended. The best part is a local business has benefitted and so has the environment.

Dry cleaning that returns your items stained and permanently damaged.
Gave them a pristine mattress topper for a routine clean. They attempted to clean it three times as each time they returned it they had put new dark grey stains in it. After the final attempt I noticed there was also now material damage alongside the new stains so declined their offer to “try again”.
I offered to compromise on a 50% refund instead but they have completely ignored me so I feel compelled to leave this review - had this been an item of clothing it would be totally ruined.
I took a very expensive satin/silk shirt to be dry cleaned here, only for one of the employees to spill ink on the shirt. Not only did the whole saga go on for 3 weeks whilst they tried various different ways of rectifying the situation but the ink stains weren't removed and the shirt is now also a different colour to when I dropped it off. Whilst they offered some compensation, it's a huge disappointment as the shirt is ruined.
