Very rude Owner. Disgusting attitude. Clearly has no sense of Customer satisfaction as I can see from the other reviews that other people are having the same experience. This place needs to be shut down. Waste of space.
The lady in wash and dry laundry is extremely rude and racist .She refuse to let me wash my clothes or dry it , she told me to come back the next day for it and when I went the place was close,she lie to me as she will be open between 8 and 2 o'clock .That place need a new owner that it is not racist.
horrible places to wash clothes with over priced services and as if that wasn't enough owner was extremely rude to me for asking to use medium washer instead of large costing £5
I enjoyed being shouted at by the lady who I had no idea was in charge. Large washers and dryers although steeper in price than our usual place in Kennington. Steeled my resolve to get our machine fixed.
I wanted to use medium wash but was force to use the larger wash by the woman that works there, which cost £5.50. Even though my washing was less than half when loaded. Only made my trip there because my washing machines was broken.
