It's always a pleasure to stay here. The staff are always so helpful. The rooms are just what you need, clean tidy and comfortable. The restaurant serves lovely food. You can eat cheaper by walking into town for a burger but if budget is not a concern enjoy the view and the food. You can also take a lovely walk with amazing views just across the road.
Stayed for 3 nights 21st to 23rd September 2020. Staff were amazing, room clean and spacious and the food, although a limited choice was excellent. Would definitely recommend and would stay again
Lovely place in a scenic setting, very helpful staff and great breakfast with gluten free options.
Place is a little odd and not simple to find / navigate around .. 4 staff on reception when I checked in (completely unrequired) yet no one really helped me understand where my room was. Just sitting now having breakfast and similar scenario 3 waitress members on (not needed) all talking; one on personal phone.. however none are customer focussed.. not sure how it's a 4.4 rating overall.. I guess not much other choice in Bangor
Loved my stay here. Often work near Bangor and will 100% be back. Spacious rooms, plenty of sockets, iron and tv with a well equipped bathroom. The staff were friendly. The room was spotless. Got room service on the last night after having worked a 12 hour shift and it was absolutly delicious and arrived within about 10 minutes! Couldn't speak more highly of this place will definitely be returning
